Nice it took you guys that long to create
a photoshop layout of in-portal?

Oh!

So when do we get to see the real thing?

I have wondered about this. Is it true?

spacing of the text in the news....you
should have increased the kerning then at
least the text would have looked real....

Sorry to sound so harsh but we're getting
played here....it's quite obvious.

Let me make it very clear, were are NOT playing anybody. We are working day and night to make In-portal happen. The images that we posted were indeed graphical prototypes of the system but I frankly don't see a big deal here. That is exactly what the screens look like (we made some minor alternations but the idea is the same).

Thanks for the post. I am pretty trusting, but I have been burned many times on the internet. You software and phpbb are two fo the few that have lived up to their billing.

I understand the system will look like the
screenshots.....you just should have said.
This is what the system will look like....
instead of these are screenshots of the
system.

I'm not trying to bash or anything....and I
do believe you guys are working hard to make
it happen....but try sticking to the facts
that's better.

Frankly I don't care if it takes another 6
months...I'd rather have a rock solid
product instead of a rushjob.

And please post some more PSD's I'm quite
sure you have them all lying around....they
look good b.t.w

Andrew, the truth is that we have all seen vaporware before. And for the most part, if it looks like a duck .. quack quack.

Here is an example of a project that was started by volunteers 4 months ago and they already have a demo (this is OpenSource btw)

http://demo.xaraya.com

So it's hard for me to buy "we're working night and day" when these guys can have a live demo in up in 4 months and you post a photoshop mockup after a year.

If there actually are beta sites up, the least you can do is let us view them. Where is a link?

Xaraya was not started from scratch though, it was the fork of a fork of a fork of a fork. And therefore not really four months of work but years of work if you start from the orignal.
